This is a BRAND NEW GENUINE Kirby outer cloth bag. 

ATTENTION...THE SENTRIA, ULTIMATE G AND DIAMOND BAGS NOW HAVE A BLACK ZIPPER, BLACK CLIP AT THE TOP AND BLACK RUBBER RING AROUND THE BOTTOM. 

It doesn't come with a new bag clamp strap, but contact me if you need one. You probably don't need it if you haven't taken the bag apart yet. You don't cut it off, you just pry it off with a flathead screwdriver and it will come apart and fasten back together when you get the new cloth bag installed. :0)
