Tableau Butchers Block and Worktop Oil replenishes the natural oils in the grain of your unsealed wooden butchers block, worktop and kitchen furniture. It is solvent free, food safe and provides an effective water repellent matt sheen finish. When applied the oil penetrates the surface, so it will not chip or flake. This oil will not darken your wood over time unlike some linseed based products.

Usage Instructions: Use a clean lint free cloth to apply a layer of oil onto the wood. Allow the oil to penetrate and remove any excess after 10-15 minutes working in the direction of the grain. Allow to dry thoroughly before use. Reapply regularly as required. For worktops and other wet areas, reapply before water spills stop beading on the surface to maintain repellent properties. If applying to a previously untreated surface apply two to three thin coats allowing each application to dry before applying successive coats.
