They are very easy to apply, even the kids can help: Clean the surface, remove/peel from paper backing, and apply, smoothing with your hand or a dry cloth, removing bubbles. (instructions will be included with your purchase) If your walls are newly painted, wait at least 2 weeks before applying. You can decorate any flat smooth surface: walls, shelves, dressers, headboard, hampers, lamps, ceiling fan, toy box, chair, scrapbooks, photo albums, etc. If and when your child ever outgrows this theme, simply remove them and reapply to original paper backing to save, they are reusable.
