If there is a problem with fit or if you just don't like how they look on you, we do take returns but they must come back to us just as they were sent out, in pristine condition. Please try them on with a rug or padded surface. Don't walk around outside where the soles can be marred on pavement or a sidewalk. If the shoes are scuffed up and worn, we can't take them back.
