DELIVERY INFORMATION

We aim to provide our customers with an unparalleled service that is second to none. We can deliver worldwide, and aim to provide speedy, yet reliable dispatch to our customers.

TRACKING

The vast majority of our items are sent with tracking details, please check your ebay page for a tracking number. We use Royal Mail for our small parcel deliveries and Parcelforce/MyHermes for our bigger packages

DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch all orders that are in stock within 1 working day. This may vary during peak periods. Most orders to the UK or Ireland will be dispatched on either a 24hr or 48hr service.

Items that are personalised, made to order or are awaiting stock are dispatched within one working day of receipt of the item.

In the unlikely event that your item is out-of-stock, we will notify you within one working day.

DELAYS

In the event that there is a delay with your order we will contact you to notify you, so please ensure the contact information that you have provided is up-to-date. If the revised date is unsuitable simply let us know and we will cancel and refund your order.

Returns are accepted for a full refund provided the items are returned within 30 days and are in unused condition with all the original packaging. Postage fees for returned items which do not have a manufacturing fault will not be refunded. Should you require an exchange, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.

We accept Paypal as standard, but also offer, cheque, bank transfer, postal order and credit/debit card payment options. Please get in touch if you have any enquiries about our alternative payments.
