We accept payment via PayPal and postal orders on eBay. For your security we only dispatch your order to the address your provide us with via eBay.
Dispatch
We dispatch all orders on the same day if order and payment is received before 2:00pm UK time. Orders received after 2:00pm UK time will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders received over weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the following Monday or next working day.
Next day delivery orders must be placed before 2pm, orders that are placed after the 2pm cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. Please note Next Day deliveries do not include Saturdays.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day, however this can vary due to stock availability. You'll be advised of the estimated delivery date shortly after your order is placed.
Please allow an extra working day for delivery to UK Offshore and Scottish Highlands destinations. Delivery times to European destinations are usually between 3 – 8 working days. Rest of the world 7-14 days.
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, in the event that your order is not suitable, we are happy to accept returns for a refund (excluding postage) or an exchange with 14 days of purchase.
It is very important that you include a note with your eBay ID, name, reason for returning and return requirements.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for postage costs. It is highly unlikely that a product may be faulty, however in the case returning postage will be refunded on arrival.
Exchange and Refund Process
Returns are handled on a daily basis therefore your exchange or refund will be posted on the day that your return arrives; you will also receive an email to confirm this. Exchanges will be posted to the address associated with the original order (unless otherwise stated) and refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
