We accept PayPal, which take most cards. We do not accept postal orders or cash.

Most orders placed between 9-5 pm will be sent for next day delivery unless there was a stock issue.

All postal times given by eBay are estimates only and are not guaranteed.If you are in a hurry or time critical,there are faster postage options available you can select on PayPal screen at checkout.

How long will my item take? Most item arrive 2-7 working days in standard post, if it has been more than 10 working days please contact us through eBay messenger.

Please note Royal Mail are slower during peak periods, during Xmas. To minimize this, we work double shifts to get our products to our customers as soon as possible.

Services used by us are Royal Mail 48 hour and Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour, unless otherwise upgraded by the customer at checkout.

Items dispatched are normally next day Mon-Friday, some will be posted Saturday.

Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail, we are not liable for late deliveries or any other claims.

There are no posting of products on Public Holidays or when post is effected by Severe Weather or industrial Action by Royal Mail.

30 day returns. Buyer pays for return postage,which is non-refundable unless we are at fault.

To return any purchases, please follow the below process:

• Please use eBay returns by order history.
• Select reason for return (example: size does not fit or no longer need)
• Print and pay for your return label.
• Please ensure the products are returned in postage packaging and in the condition they were bought in.

This is best and safest way to return goods. All goods are insured by eBay for loss in transit.

For the 0.01 % we have to mention goods should not smell of smoke or perfumes or worn and used. We need these in a sale-able state.

Returns are processed in 1-4 working days of receiving item.

Re-buy if new size is required if in stock as all returns are refunded by default.

If you cannot get access to a printer from a friend’s place of work or library return using normal Royal Mail. Please post Second Class Royal Mail and get proof of delivery, please ensure our returns address is on invoice. The invoice will need to be returned in order to get a refund.
