Kent Moore J-23028-17 Threaded Hook.
Part of J-23028-25 Coil Spring Compressor Adapter, which is used with J-23028-01 Compressor.
The adapter connects to the bottom side of the control arm to provide a lifting surface for J-23028-01.
 
The tool is adjustable to fit the control arms of both the Chevy and GMC C1500 & C2500 truck.
