It has a black elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, it has a 5.5 inch shaped top.
The skirt has been made in a totally stunning mixedBlack,Purple,Green,White,spots,Stars,Leaves,Floral printed cotton fabric with purple pleated panels, I have overlocked on the outer edge in black which looks AWESOME. This skirt has been finished with two purple satin tie up bows .
