ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS in the US? - I will be happy to mail this item to any other location in the USA IF you enter that shipping address when you pay through PayPal. To avoid confusion, please include a "note to seller" when you pay, letting me know it is a gift. I will be more than happy to exclude the invoice and include a note “from you” to the recipient. This is important because I have had individuals call me because they received merchandise they did not purchase and had no idea who it was from. All packages shipped within the USA have a tracking number. All international packages show when a package was received at the Post Office in the US.

Padded Flat-rate Priority Envelope can be very cost effective for combined items, and sometimes even less expensive than First Class Mail. Please keep in mind the combined items have to fit into a Flat-rate Priority Envelope to quality. EBay sometimes shows this as an option at check-out when it is not, due to the size of the combined items.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES: All International customers who want a TRACKING NUMBER MUST SELECT REGULAR PRIORITY MAIL.
International First Class Mail is less expensive than Priority Mail, however, FIRST CLASS MAIL DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING. Please don't purchase First Class Mail and then request tracking information--there is none with the exception to the date and time it is delivered to the Post Office in the US. Only Regular Priority Mail tracks your package through customs and delivery.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES: Customs requirements are unique to each country. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s policies prior to purchasing. You, the buyer, are responsible for any additional fees. These are not shipping fees. I never mark items as gifts or change the purchase price on customs forms. This is strictly prohibited by law with stiff penalties and fines for both sellers and buyers.
