A customer may return an item for an exchange or refund even if the item is in working condition. If a customer does not like the bluetooth then he or she can return it for an exchange for another model or a refund. The refund amount will be the amount paid including the shipping charges
RMA Number: Your RMA will be your eBay username. It is the only way we can pull out your order and proceed with the exchange or refund so make sure it is legible. You do not need to contact us for a return or exchange. Simply return the product to the below address and include a note with your eBay username and what you would like us to do with it (ie: refund or exchange). All products returned to Poppy9780 without an eBay username will be refused and sent back to the Customer at the Customer’s own expense.
