We offer free delivery on the majority of our items for mainland uk however for some areas in the uk such as Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and Islands, channel Islands, Isle of man, Isle of Wight and Scilly Isles, there is an additional charge by the courier so we have to pass this on to the customer. If your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us via the ebay messaging system before you return the item. If you have received a faulty or damaged item please take some detailed pictures of the fault / damage including any damage to packaging, please send these pictures to us as an attachment to an ebay message. This cannot be done from a mobile phone.

For all returns please ensure you leave a note inside the parcel with your ebay user id and stating the reason for the return.
