The book is an excellent survey of the popes and the general trends in Roman Catholicity over the 1st 60 years of the 20th Century, with numerous anecdotes and historical information not found in some of the separate biographies of the popes who reigned during these years.

Condition graded generally Very Fine, ex libris Basilian Fathers library with card pocket still affixed inside back cover and stamp of the institution inside front, but the text is very fresh, clean and unmarked, dj clipped and very slightly nicked- a collectible in Church History.
