Shipping rates are based on actual daily shipping weight and shipping zipcode. At times, Fedex may be used interchangeably with UPS or USPS in order to expedite orders.

Please contact me before returning any items. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 30 days after the buyer receives it according to tracking information in order to receive a refund.

International Terms: At this time, Kid Store and More does offer international shipping to Canada and Australia. Please note that all international sales are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All international sales are marked as merchandise, without exception. You may be required to pay additional duties when your purchase enters customs.   The estimated shipping time for First Class International is 1-3 weeks, but can take up to 6 weeks depending on circumstances and location.
