  1. We endeavour to send engraved items as soon as we can but, depending on work-load, engraving can take up to 3 working days to complete so please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you particularly at busy times such as Christmas, weekends and Bank holidays

  2. We will engrave in Times New Roman or most suitable font unless you have requested otherwise

  3. If you require delivery within 4 days of your order please purchase our fastest delivery method and ask us to acknowledge your 'need by' date via eBay messaging

  4. Our eBay engraving offers are generously discounted and priced on the basis that your engraving text is inscribed at our engravers discretion. We will follow any particular instructions if practicable but cannot guarantee to do so and may require further charge. Proofs can be supplied at additional cost.
