MEDIUM: mixed media

CONDITION: Stain can be seen front and back, lower right (see photos). Has sheet protector over image -architect plan. Sold as found, vintage condition. Bright and well kept -strong colors.

REF: Rare plan made up for a building / business Thrifty McFlowers. Not sure if this ever was built or if the architect plan has been floating around all this time. Artwork appears to have been created in the mid 1970s to 80s period. Would appeal to collectors of architectural plans from California, city planning, buildings in Costa Mesa Orange County, Calif. Mid Century architect plans in Calif. Size of work is aprox. 16.75x18 inches.
