We are pleased to offer a Nippon (made in Japan) mark floral pattern, beautifullty decorated, 11' L oval, open handled, footed base, covered vegetable bowl as manufactured by Noritake prior to 1922. The dish is marked in green and red ink similarly as illustrated. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or utensil marks. There is no color fading of the pattern whatsoever. The interior is lilly white. The lift handle on the cover is missing a small section of gold line trim which may be an application error as opposed to wear. I believe this serving bowl was mostly displayed and used infrequently during the last 100 years. If you have any questions, please email me.
