Royal Mail International Signed for – registered airmail, delivery times vary from 5-14 working days depending on location and other factors.
Royal Mail advise that in some cases delivery time can take up to 25 working days to the following areas: South America, Africa , Indonesia, Israel, Oman and Australia.
International Express Shipping
We use DHL Worldwide Express or UPS Express Saver service. Delivery usually take 1 to 3 working days to most locations worldwide.
We will refund return (postage) costs if:
- an incorrect item is received;
- the item has arrived damaged (please provide photographic evidence and we will resend the item or issue a full refund).
Buyer pays for return costs if an unwanted item is ordered (or any other reason not related to the item condition). Only unopened items which are fit for resale will be accepted.
