You are looking at a 2001 DC Comics Bizarro Comics soft cover graphic novel TPB. This book, winner of both the 2002 Harvey Award and Eisner Award for Best anthology book, contains a variety of  writers and artists more known for their Indy comic and small press work, having fun with most of the DC Universe characters. Featured is the previously banned in the US, but award winning "Letitia Lerner: Superman's Babysitter" a story deemed a danger to babies (???). The book is in new, unread condition.
