Point of Sale Systems are normally shipped within 48 hours of order & payment clearing. When good are listed, we have current stock ready to ship however this can change as items are also advertised elsewhere. Delay should be minimal for out of stock products & we will contact you promptly advising of the out of stock status. Goods are shipped by our nominated courier, Hunter Express or Australia Post for smaller items. A physical address must be supplied for the delivery to occur as a signature is required upon delivery. If our customer requests to leave goods without a signature, they then assume responsibility for loss if that should occur. Goods are shipped from Melbourne & transit time will vary depending on delivery location

PAYMENT

We accept payment only via PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit & Credit Card.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

We accept returns only if the goods are not as described or faulty.
A restocking fee may apply if you simply change your mind.
Please ensure that the software is suitable for your purpose as there is no return or refund on the software component. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods. Please pack all returns appropriately & ensure it is returned in original packaging.
