Original Receipt for Services on Grand Jury Feb. 15, 1895.  Served under Marshal Evett D. Nix while working in the Kingfisher District in 1895.  Cooper was with a posse that went to the Gloss Mountains to capture notorious Dick Yeager and Ike Black's gang.  Signed by Cooper who was one of Judge Isaac Parker's (Hanging Judge) Fort Smith officers.  Chip in lower left corner.
