The top of the skirt has been made in a very good quality   lycra  which is stretchy & very comfortable to wear (fits in all the right places VERY FIGURE FLATTERING). The skirt has a black elasticated low waistband which is worn on higher hips, It has has a 5.5 inch shaped top with a 8.5 inch (including the frill) very full gathered printed cotton fabric with a coordinating cotton frill  and finished off with two matching satin tie up bows .
