I have a number of pieces of this discontinued vintage dinnerware listed.  It is Royal Doulton's French Provincial pattern which was produced from 1957-1976.  It is white with a gold scroll pattern on the rim and gold edge.  All pieces listed are in excellent condtion with no hips, craks, or crazing.  This auction is for three 8 3/8" Salad Plates.
