LIFETIME MAINTENANCE - McDermott has a maintenance program for their shafts whereby the original owner can send in the shaft TWICE A YEAR to be checked, cleaned, repaired, or replaced. This inspection process includes: checking structural integrity, resand, clean, refinish the shaft, replace the tip, clean the ferrule, and an overall cosmetic evaluation. This maintenance is FREE OF CHARGE to the original owner, but a small fee is charged when the cue is sent in to cover inspection, shipping and handling. Repairs without this maintenance program can be costly which makes this an EXCELLENT DEAL!

Warning, please read - There are other sellers on eBay selling new McDermott cues that are not registered authorized dealers with McDermott cue.  These unauthorized McDermott dealers are buying from wholesalers like me and those new cues are not covered under the McDermott warranty.  If you are considering buying a new McDermott cue elsewhere, please be sure that the person or company is a registered authorized dealer with McDermott cue.  It only takes a couple minutes to check to see if a dealer is an authorized dealer at McDermottcue.com.    To check this, go to Mcdermottcue.com and click on find a dealer and then click on the state that the dealer is located and look for there business name.   If you don't buy from an authorized McDermott dealer, the McDermott lifetime warranty is not valid.

FREE Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the continental US.  Shipping will be via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation or UPS ground if you elect and the shipment time is generally 1-4 business days depending on your location.  We ship your order out the same or next business day upon receiving your payment. Most orders leave the same business day!

FREE Non Continental US shipping - Buyer pays $0.00 for shipping in the non continental US.  Shipping will be via USPS with delivery confirmation. Estimated shipment time is 3-9 days.  Non continental US destinations and territories outside the Continental US include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO. etc.  UPS is not available to non continental US locations.  APO shipments are not trackable per US military mail.  We require insurance on all APO shipments.  APO shipment times can vary and are generally 7-21 business days.

International shipping -  (Asia, Australia, Europe, Germany, Japan, Mexico, South America and United Kingdom) International shipping is $39.00.  International shipping to Canada is $22.00.  All  international shipping rates are quoted using Priority and Express mail International and general delivery time for International shipments is estimated at 5-10 business days.
