This is a pure tantalum oxide sputtering target, 99.9% pure. This size is 90mm diameter x 12.5mm thick. We can machine this down to any smaller thickness and diameter you want at no additional charge.

The original source material is Ta2O5 manufactured by Leybold Optics in Germany.

Please note the pinkish spots in the material as seen in the photograph. This is typical of Ta2O5.

We can also bond this to a copper backing plate for no additional fee.
