Vitus Seatpost Grub, Set Screw

If you own a later Vitus bike or frame you may be aware of the problem with the seatpost locking screw seizing up or the Allen hex hole becoming rounded over time. There are internet links about how to remove stuck screws but then you need a replacement.

Here we have a top grade stainless steel replacement grub screw suitable for the 979, 797 and 992 Vitus models. These screws have a concave tip for better grip on the seatpost than the original hardened rounded tip screws.
