Dispatch info

Our Normal Working hours are Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm). Orders place before 3pm go out the same day. Orders placed after 3pm go out the next working day. Free post is usually second class post unless the listing states otherwise. Second Class Post takes approximately 2-3 days. Our working hours may very at Christmas, Easter and other seasonal times.

You can upgrade postage at the checkout by clicking on the postage option (before you pay). 1st class post is estimated 1-2 days. Please remember postage transit times are estimates and may be longer, especially at seasonal times. If your order is urgent please choose special delivery to guarantee next day delivery.

Please note the colour displayed on your screen may vary in shade compared to the actual product (because all screens display colour slightly differently). If colour is critical please email us first so we can check the product meets your expectations. 

If ordering a mixed colour product e.g. 50 mixed colour pom poms, you may receive ANY colour mix and packs may vary to the picture, if colour mix is critical please email us first. 

On a multi listing we may use one image for different pack sizes - ie. the option 10,50 or 100 may show a pack of 25. You will be sent the option selected so if you choose a pack of 10 you will receive a pack of 10 irrespective of the the picture.
