This is a one piece pullover dress.
There are 3 layers
of fabric on the skirt section of the dress. The petticoat or flocking,
a base layer and then a netting layer with a black velvety texturing.
The velvety jacket is sewn in and is a mock/fake jacket. Collar is faux
fur.
Rhinestone brooch is sewn on red bow. Dress ties in back. Hand wash cold, line dry.
