The clocks are the carvings of 2 brothers, FRANK & JOSEPH BILY. There are 20 pictures of the ornate carvings of these 2 untrained artists. The back cover shows the house where the clocks are displayed along with material from the musician Antonin Dvorak who once lived and worked in the same house. The folder has not been mailed but has some minor corner wear and creases to the back flap. The inside of the cover has an interesting discussion about the brothers and their work. There is no date on this folder but probably late 40's.
