Return

Returned goods will be refunded less the shipping costs provided it is in saleable condition with all tag intact. Alternatively, we will exchange the item. All postage costs associated with returning/ exchange any items are the responsibility of the customer. For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will refund you less our sending out carriage costs. Item is carefully examined and packed before shipping. Faulty, damaged or missing item, please contact us in writing within 30 days . In order to help us examine and resolve the problem, please kindly provide us a picture of the damaged product.
