RETURNS
Online Bargain Superstore offers a returns policy which ultimately enables us to offer our goods at the lowest possible price to customers. We take extreme care in packaging all our items, and complete a full visual inspection of every item sold prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event of a faulty item, wrong item, wrong size or wrong colour being received by the customer, a full refund or a replacement item will be offered and completed upon the original item(s) return and subsequent inspection. Returns agreed are by prior arrangement only and no return will be accepted if the customer has not notified us within 14 days of the order being placed. The Buyer is responsible for Postage and packaging costs to return the good(s), and we will only refund the sale price of item(s) i.e. excluding postage and packaging.
Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of worn items, underwear and under garments. If your item is returned to us as undelivered by post the post office then the postage will need to be repaid before the item is sent again.
Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail. We are not liable for late deliveries or any other claim.
If item has not been received within 10 working days please contact us using the ebay messaging service.
REFUNDS
• Refunds shall be issued if goods are not as described
• If an item is faulty please contact us immediately and items should be sent back for a refund or exchange. This does not replace the manufacturer’s warranty.
• All postage and packing costs, and returns are to be paid by the buyer. Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received.
• Refunds will be given if the item is returned within 14 days.
• All goods will be inspected on return so please ensure they are being returned in an unworn original condition with any tags/packaging/box intact for it to be processed.
• We recommend that you obtain proof of postage & send your good back via recorded delivery as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
P&P
We ONLY accept payments via paypal, we do not accept cheques or postal orders.
P&P cost are as per listing, including postage per each additional item. The P&P fee includes not only royal mail costs but packers and picking fee. All items are set at immediate payment only. Postage and Packaging costs are to cover labour and materials in packaging, and delivery. All P&P costs are given upfront with the item.
For combined postage costs please add all of the items you wish to purchase into your shopping basket. Once you have added all of your items to your basket a total will be calculated & your postage discount will be shown if applicable.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee on any cancelled orders. This is due to administration charges in relation to restocking and relisting the item.
