We ship everything via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery (1-5 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) whichever is safest and fastest depending on the item or whichever you prefer :) We also offer faster shipping upon request all we ask is that you pay the DIFFERENCE. We will still pay normal costs of shipping you just pay whatever the difference is between the options above and your preferred method :)

Return Policy:

WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNWORN BOOTS ONLY! BE SURE TO TRY THEM ON CARPETED AREAS ONLY! We also do exchanges for customers within the US only in which we provide you an RA# for and speak with you on how to address them so please contact us for this information. When shipping back for any reason please package boot box in another package or bag, refraining from placing tape on original box, thus protecting the boot box from damage! Failure to do so will result a restocking charge. We require signature confirmation on ALL items shipped from our location. If you would like to decline please email us at checkout but note that we are not responsible for packages not received
