I am selling a stainless steel flagpole holder mount. The base roughly measures 2 5/8" in diameter at it's widest point. It has a 15 degree slant. The ID roughly measures 1". This has a set screw on the side for adjustments. It is new out of the package and does come as shown with only parts shown. It may have some minor blemishes from storage.
