Consigliamo vivamente di far montare il sensore a personale specializzato, meccanico o elettrauto.
Infatti non basta inserire il sensore nel piantone ma deve essere ben calibrato e si può fare solo con il tester adatto quindi andate presso la vostra officina di fiducia. Basta uno sfasamento di pochissimi centesimi per far si che lo sterzo non sia ben equilibrato.
Il gioco però vale la candela perchè cambiando il sensore risparmiate centinaia di euro!!! come hanno fatto in tanti prima di voi.

Cos’è un Sensore di Coppia? Qual è la sua funzione?
Quando si gira il volante per sterzare a sinistra o a destra il piantone non agisce direttamente sugli organi di sterzo, ma mette in funzione ilSensore di Coppia, il quale trasforma gli spostamenti angolari del piantone in impulsi digitali e li invia alla centralina che è parte del servosterzo elettrico e questa, a sua volta, decide quanta intensità di corrente inviare al motorino elettrico che fa parte del servosterzo stesso.
Quando il Sensore di coppia va in crisi la centralina non legge più o legge solo in determinati momenti o in determinate condizioni e quindi il motorino del servosterzo non agisce più.
Solitamente il guasto si rileva quando il servosterzo diventare pesante in una direzione o l’altra.
All’inizio non sarà un problema permanente, ma lo avvertirete ad intermittenza e col tempo diventerà più evidente.
Il sensore dell'angolo di sterzata è 99,99% la causa del malfunzionamento del servosterzo elettrico.

To not make mistakes should always you check the color of the sensor directly from the piece removed
from your car.
We strongly recommend to mount the sensor to a specialist!
In fact, do not just put the sensor in the steering column but must be well calibrated and can be done only with the tester so go right at the auto-workshop of your choice. Just a phase shift of a few cents to ensure that the steering is not well balanced.
But the game is worth the candle because changing the sensor save hundreds of Euros !!! as they did in so many before you.

What is a steering sensor? What is its function?
When turning the steering wheel to steer left or right, the steering column does not act directly on the steering linkage, but activates the torque sensor which converts the angular displacement of the steering column into digital pulses and sends them to the control unit that is part of the power steering electric and this, in turn, decides how much current intensity sent to the electric motor that is part of the power steering same.
When the torque sensor breaks down the controller does not read the law or only at certain times or under certain conditions, and then the motor power steering no longer acts.
