This is an amazing vintage beaded necklace with an Egyptian style to it. The white beads feel like glass. The very ornate floral beads seem to be clay. The metal pendant looks like bronze but I  can not be sure of what metal it is actually made of. The necklace is about about 14 inches around the center with fairly chunky beads. The pendant hangs about 2.75 inches at the front. This was purchased in 1974 or 1975. It was donated by a very generous woman who sent a package to help the feral cats. This piece was only worn once in all of the years she had it.  Please keep reading to find out how your bid will help homeless pets.....

We have neutered over 2000 stray cats to date but we desperately need your help to stop the pet over population problem. Below is Buddy. Buddy is a young boy we found living behind a fast food restraunt with other feral cats. He fortunately lives in a colony we are able to help with. He is a new comer to the group so this past weekend we set out to catch him. He went right in to the trap. We released Buddy today sporting his new ear clip he got while being neutered and  treated at the vet. Buddy has no interest in being a pet and is definitely feral. He will continue to live out his life in his colony. Having been neutered he will not add to the pet over population problem and he will be much healthier with out all of the fighting over females. Buddy is a lucky little boy. Your bids helped pay for his care and will pay for others like him waiting for our help and medical attention
