AMERICAN HOTELS CHAMBERSTICK Here's a chamberstick or candle holder made for the American Hotels chain. This chain had hotels located mostly in the northeastern and midwestern states. The chamberstick was made by OPCO Syracuse China with a date code of 1925. It has a simple design of just the hotel's hanging sign logo in gold with matching gold lines around the rims.The chamberstick stands approx. 2 1/4 inches tall and 5 inches in diameter.  No chips or cracks but there is wear to the gold, which can be seen in the photos.
