Returns & Warranty
- To return a product, you must contact us via eBay messaging and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the 14 day return period for the product. We will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number THROUGH EBAY. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 5 days in which the product must be returned to SAME SHIPPING SENDER. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
