The complete fencing consists of the following components:

11 square tubular posts 50x50mm – for “medium green” fencing – post height 150cm

11 square post supports/footplates for fixing to the ground – for posts 50x50mm - for “medium green” fencing

10 fence panels “medium green” (PVC wire diameter 4.5mm) (mesh H 200x55mm) (panel measurements H142 x 200cm)

Fence panel, galvanized electro welded wire and plastified with polyester colour green, outer diameter of wire 4.5mm.

Mesh H 200 x 55mm (inner) and horizontal reinforcing ribs.

Each post is provided with 3 brackets in polypropylene and the respective self drilling screws which are essential to support each respective panel.

which is perfectly matched for the classic boundary perimeters of shopping centres, parks, residential areas and sports.

Product finishings:

Galvanized wire + Phosphating with zinc salts and plastification with polyester): The wire used to make this mesh is continuously hot-dipped galvanized in a zinc bath to give maximum strength and durability to the product. Subsequently after assembling the panel, the plastification process, which involves 7 stages, is applied and which ensures the best quality of the product. The first phase involved is degreasing (1) to remove any residual surface oil, grease or dust. Subsequently a further washing (2) to remove any impurities and other residues of degreasing. At this point the cycle of phosphating begins: washing with demineralized water (3), and an application of zinc phosphate (4). The product is then dried (5) in the oven at 120° in preparation for the next phase of plastification (6) with 100% pure polyester resins. Through polymerization (7) the polyester layer is secured to the support.
