Our items will be dispatched by My Hermes and should arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
My Hermes will make 3 attempts to deliver the item. In some circumstances they will leave the parcel with a neighbour.
If you require a signature for additional peace of mind this is an extra £1.
We reserve the right to send some parcels out by Royal Mail 2nd class in certain circumstances.
Channel Islands
Items to the Channel Islands by Royal Mail 2nd class for £1.50. Please select the Royal Mail 2nd class option.
European Union
All parcels sent to the EU will be sent by Royal Mail International tracked. The estimated delivery time is 5 working days.

Returns
To return an item please send us a message and we will advise.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return the item within 14 days.
We will make a full refund within 3 working days after the item has been returned.
When returning an item we strongly advise to retain proof of postage. Due to legalities (we hate red tape), if your item is lost when returning to us it is your responsibility to claim compensation from the delivery service (they won't let us claim it as we did not send it).
