PRODUCT MADE IN ITALY

FINISHINGS:  Galvanized wire, phosphating zinc salts and plasticized with polyester.  The wire used to produce this mesh is hot-dipped continuously in a zinc bath to guarantee maximum resistance and durability of the product.  Subsequently, after assembling the panel, the plastification treatment is applied, which includes 7 processing stages which ensures the best quality of the product.

The first stage includes degreasing (1) to eliminate any residual surface of oil, grease and dust.  Subsequent washing (2) to eliminate other impurities and residuals of grease.  At this point the phosphating cycle begins:  washing with demineralized water (3) an application of zinc phosphate (4) the product is then dried (5) then put in the oven at 120° in preparation for the next stage of plastification (6) it is treated with 100% polyester resin.  Through the polymerization process (7) the polyester is secured to the support.
