Here is a great Multi Pattern circuit board For 1/18th or 1/24th scale Die-cast Custom Built, Police Car lighted DIY KIT No soldering required, but installation Skills and electrical skills required, This DIY KIT includes circuit board, 4 Prewired 3mm LEDs, Come with default color (Red x2, Blue x2,) tap control button, wire, heat shrink tubing, 9 volt battery strap. 

You Can Add up to 12 LED's to this Kit, with a little soldering and electrical skills, Other tools such as an Xacto knife, screwdriver, drill bit, model glue, super glue, 9 volt battery etc are also required and not included in this kit.
