Orders will be dispatched on the next working day, however we always try to dispatch orders on the same day where possible.

All orders are sent on a Next Working Day service. Deliveries will be made between Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm by a reputable courier.

Working Day = Mon-Fri 09:00 – 17:30 [Not incl weekends and public holidays)

All deliveries need to be signed for. If you would like to provide any additional delivery instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour or porch etc..), please message us or add a note to the order. This will save a lot of time!

TRACKING
Orders will be delivered by either UK Mail or APC. Tracking information will be provided and can be found via eBay.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days. We will always work with you to resolve any issues, but if we cannot resolve it, we will provide a full refund, all we ask is that the item(s) are returned in their original packaging and in a resellable condition. The buyer is responsible until we are in receipt of the item(s). It is the Buyers responsibility to check and report any damages within 48hrs of receiving the product(s)
