I am selling a Carver black plastic and aluminum vacuum form vent box.  It measures roughly 9 1/8" x 9 1/8" x 10 7/8" overall measured at it's longest and widest points, the four cut outs measure roughly 3 3/4" in diameter, and the single one is 3 13/16" in diameter.  It is new out of the package and has some minor blemishes from storage, and it does come as shown only with parts shown in pictures.  For more information please contact a dealer in your area.  (KW / 55 C / 9048909) / LH
