When the goods are delivered ensure that the packages are intact or if they are damaged.  It is obligatory to sign with the courier the following words (PACKING / PACKAGING DAMAGED).  If the packages seem undamaged, we ask that you open and check them in the presence of the courier, to control that the goods are not damaged inside. This applies both to signing on paper and the pod that the courier has. Couriers do not like this situation because the responsibility  falls on them, but this is the only way we have to assert your rights. If the courier does not want you to sign package damaged then call us (ITALFROM) in his presence, 0039 (0)825 818686, or REFUSE DELIVERY. If you do not do as we have asked, we cannot replace the damaged goods free of charge.
