Specifications:

  • 500 grams vacuum-sealed dry yeast sachet
  • Pitch rate: 50 - 80 grams (1.7 - 2.8 ounces) per Hectoliter (26.4 gallons = .84 barrel) of mash
  • Fermentation temp: 68 - 90 degrees (20 - 32 degrees C).
  • Gluten free and Non GMO

Rehydration Instructions:

  • Rehydrate yeast in 10 times its volume of water or wort
  • Let rest for 15 minutes
  • Stir gently
  • Pitch into fermentor
