* Note – Measurements are rounded up to the nearest foot, example an 8 x 6  shed will be the model (236cm 7ft 9" ) x (174cm 5ft 9") External (this included the roof overlap).  The internal will be (226cm 7ft5”) x (162cm 5ft4”).Please check the image for the detailed photo specifications for external and internal measurements. Majority sellers on eBay just provide you with external dimensions, whereas we provide external and internal.

* Note - The area where you are setting up the shed needs to be prepared beforehand. Ideally you will need an area that has been slabbed, concrete or something similar, as the base you receive with the shed sits inside the shed for the purpose of keeping your belongings off the floor.

* Note -  From past customer experience when choosing a shed, please choose a shed the next size up, as it does not take long before the shed is full, and once the shed is set up it can look quite small when you compare it to a room in the house .

* Note -   Please make sure you provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can provide you with a 4hr time slot.

* Note – If the shed is set up in a very windy area then you will need to bolt the corners to the ground (anchor bolts not included).

* Note -  if the internal base is used the internal height is reduced by the height of the base which is 6cms high - internal height of the 8x6 is 5ft 10” or 5ft 9 ½ “ with the base used.(this measurement is at the highest point) the side wall are about 5ft+ high

* Note - the goods may be subject to minor marking due to being flat packed in a box.

* Note -   Any item that has extensive damaged or missing we as the seller reserves the right to replace the damaged or missing part. We will do this upon photographic evidence.

* Note -   If the shed needs to be returned, please note the customer is responsible for the return of the complete shed in perfect order to our premises. If you are unable to return the shed through a courier then please do not purchase
