It has a comfy elastic waistband, a removable belt that ties, is flat in the front, has no pockets in the front or the back, is flat in the front, and is black.  

The measurements are as follows:

waist - 30 inches unstretched and stretches up to 41 inches

hips - 46 inches

length - 17 inches.
