• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight(shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

If you need to cancel your order, please email us a cancellation request before shipment. We will do our best to cancel your order, but are unable to guarantee that we can cancel it once it has been set up for shipment.

Payment for all transactions is expected within 8 days.

All returns must be pre-approved. Read the listing before purchasing and email us if you have any questions. We have a 30 day standard return policy. All items must be returned to us in a NEW and UNUSED condition with all tags and/or boxes intact.

Items with Free Shipping that are returned are subject to a stocking fee equal to our shipping costs.
