Function Description:

2, the battery overcharge function: between Vin + and GND plus charger to charge the battery, the light turns red, the battery voltage charge to overcharge detection voltage (8.40 ± 0.025V), the charging system operation indicator green, stop charging achieve overcharge protection.
3, battery over-discharge protection: in between Vout + and GND connected load to the battery discharge when the battery voltage drops to over-discharge voltage (5.0 ± 0.08V), the protection circuit, shut off the discharge path to achieve the over-discharge protection.
4, short circuit protection function: When Vout + and GND short-circuit protection circuit will quickly action within 5-50uS, cut off access, short-circuit protection.
5, over-current protection: When the Vout + and GND current up (6A ± 0.1A), the protection circuit will quickly action within 6.7-13.9ms, to cut off access, overcurrent protection.
 
About some batteries turn green but can not reach 8.4V description:
 
Because the self-assembly of the battery under normal circumstances is not strictly paired sub-capacity, short barrel plate according to the principle of one section of the worst battery voltage and determines the overall performance of the battery, so unless it is strictly paired (voltage resistance capacity) exactly the same battery can be fully charged to 8.4V, the other self-paired battery can only be reached within the normal range of 8.2V ~ 8.3V, of course, does not exclude the unpaired battery voltage lower case turn on the lamp, this module uses professional battery management chip , responsible for the overall safety of the battery, it is for security reasons, not the protective plate quality problems!
