If in the unlikely event a problem
does occur with any of our products, we always do our best to rectify this
and keep our customer care level second to none. Therefore, should you
have a problem with a product you have received from us please contact us immediately
and we will arrange for you to receive a full refund or a replacement
product.
We operate no quibble return. If you
change your mind about a product you have ordered from us, you can return the
item within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
When
return items to us, please include your name and order number.
Please
note: we will pay for the return postage. Full refund
plus a standard Royal Mail 2nd Class postage will be issued upon receipt of
the return item. Any fine caused by insufficient postage will be deducted
from the refund.
International postage fee will be
fixed at £1.5.
